Covering a wide array of cuisines, the restaurants offer something for everyone’s taste—from regional Southern and All-American to Irish, Mediterranean, and healthy spa cuisine. To meet various preferences, the ambiance and settings range from casual to intimate fine dining curated by an innovative culinary team led by Executive Chef, Rodney Ashley.
French-style enthusiasts will be especially interested in the latest addition to the offering, Le Petit Café & Boutique. The coffee shop, always wrapped in the smell of freshly baked croissants, promises to transport visitors to a chic Parisian terrace on Champs Elysees.
Relish a char-grilled steak in the Versailles restaurant or sip your favorite cocktail in the outdoor lounge patio of Le Soleil Pool Bar.

Located inside the sunny glass-topped Inn atrium, the Versailles Restaurant at Château Élan, led by Executive Chef Rodney Ashley, features a gourmet American Cuisine buffet
Marc Bar & Restaurant
Marc Bar & Restaurant, the southern-inspired bar and chophouse, is situated within Chateau Etan’s i6th century-styled winery.
Fleur-de-Lis
Fleur-de-Lis is a lovely, sunny dining room overlooking the lake and gazebo at the Château Élan Spa where the Spa Chef Christina Dolby beautifully prepares gourmet breakfasts and lunch dishes
Paddy’s Irish Pub
Paddy’s Irish Pub was officially commissioned in Dublin in 1997 by Château Élan founders, Dr. Donald and Nancy Panoz.
Sarazen’s Bar & Grille
Sarazen’s Bar & Grille also offers a large variety of spirits with a focus on hand-crafted cocktails. Relax on the large open-air covered porch while enjoying sweeping views of the 18th green.
Le Soleil Pool Bar
Located at the main resort pool, Le Soleil offers a light selection of refreshing sandwiches, salads, and snacks to accompany their favorite poolside cocktail.
Culinary Classes
The Chateau Elan Culinary Studio, equipped with top-tier Viking Range appliances, is a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. teaching kitchen located inside the Winery on the 2nd floor above the Tasting Room.
Louis House of Bourbon
Toast and taste at Louis’ House of Bourbon, a contemporary sports bar serving up craft cocktails, wine and beer in an eclectic setting located on the main level of the Inn atrium.
