The Galloping Galette
French / Cafe / Crepes
A fantastic brunch destination, The Galloping Galette offers both savory and sweet dishes, from tarts to galettes (savory crepes) and sweet crepes. Combining traditional Bretagne region dishes with a touch of southern inspiration, the venue promises an authentic experience. We recommend the fruit crepes topped with homemade chantilly cream, combined with a freshly brewed french-press coffee.
Paddy’s Irish Pub
Casual / Bar
Located on the Château Élan property, Paddy’s Pub is great for anyone who wants to relax with sports, a beer, and some great food. The restaurant is best known for its Irish dishes, but the menu also includes Pub classics like fish and chips and buffalo wings. The pub was commissioned near Dublin and brought over by Dr. and Mrs. Panoz, the founders of Château Élan, in 1997 to remind them of their Irish heritage and the great times they had in Ireland.
Marc Bar & Restaurant
Fine Dining
Marc Bar & Restaurant is situated within the Château Élan Resort. The southern-inspired bar and chophouse serves hand-selected premium aged steaks, southern-inspired dishes, desserts, and cocktails. The recently refreshed menu curated by Chef Jarad Blanton also features refreshing non-alcoholic options, such as the Vineyard Refresher and a selection of bites ranging from dry age ribeye to house-made pappardelle. Blending rustic with modern, the venue is accessorized with French oak accents, industrial-style lighting, and artwork by local artists.
Cotton Calf Kitchen
Steakhouse / American
A contemporary American steakhouse with a 120-seat white-tablecloth setting, the Cotton Calf Kitchen is located in historic downtown Braselton. The restaurant boasts a menu filled with tapas-style appetizers and heirloom vegetables, as well as a separate bar menu with shareable plates, a curated selection of craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and wine. An excellent spot for a special occasion meal, the venue also has a private area in the back for intimate celebrations.
Juke N Jive Creamery
Ice Cream and Desserts
A 50s-style retro soda shop with 50 different flavors of handmade ice cream and other sweet treats, such as sundaes and milkshakes. Using all-natural ingredients, the venue’s owners Debi Yorke and Russ prefer preparing everything themselves, the old-fashioned way. With a variety of options, the creamery is also known for its unique adult, alcohol-infused ice creams. Visitors agree that Juke N Jive is the kind of ice cream shop you will remember and want your children and grandkids to experience.
Braselton Brewing
Comfort Food / Craft Beer
The team of Braselton Brewing brings a brewpub experience to the town, complete with fresh craft beer and casual pub-style meals. A great place to relax and socialize with friends, the venue boasts a microbrew (industrial) feel and respects another aspect of the brewpub scene—a focus on being pet-friendly. The list of visitor-favorite brews includes Weston’s Wit, Fast Flyer Cream Ale, and the Braselton Pecan Brown Ale.
Versailles Restaurant
Buffet / Bar
The internationally-inspired American restaurant led by Executive Chef Rodney Ashley was recently reimagined to complement the new, clean design of Château Élan’s glass-topped Atrium. With a new private dining room for groups, the recently-renovated restaurant offers an a la carte dinner menu and an international Chef’s American buffet. In terms of beverages, the venue’s bar menu features craft cocktails, beer, and wine. Additionally, on weekend afternoons, Versailles serves traditional Afternoon Tea, paired with tea sandwiches, pastries, and sweets.
